For over twenty-five years I've researched and practiced eastern, indigenous, yogic, and shamanic methods of contemplation and energy techniques to increase well-being on the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
Through my holistic health practice and Alice Herbals, I've supported clients for over 15 years in Marin by providing energy medicine and pioneering organic herbal luxury skin care.
